Arjun Tendulkar, the son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has made a remarkable comeback in the domestic pre-season warm-up. Playing for Goa in the Thimmappayya Memorial Tournament, Arjun took nine wickets in two innings against the Karnataka Cricket Association XI, helping his team secure a 189-run victory.
Arjun’s impressive performance saw him bowl 26.3 overs and concede 87 runs, with five wickets in the first innings and four in the second. His bowling prowess was on full display as Karnataka were all out for 103 runs in 36.5 overs, with Action Rao top-scoring with 52 runs.
In response, Goa scored 413 runs, with Abhinav Tejrana leading the charge with a top score of 109 runs. Goa’s first innings total was 310 runs, while Karnataka were all out for 121 in the second innings. Arjun bowled 10 overs and took four wickets, conceding 55 runs.
