Arrested for attempted rape and injury

A man in his 20s has been arrested by the police on charges of sexually assaulting a teenager in an underground parking lot in an apartment in Seoul.
According to the police on the 24th, the Seoul Gwanak Police Station has booked and is investigating Mr. A on charges of attempted rape and injury.
Person A is accused of attempting to sexually assault a teenage girl in the basement parking lot of an apartment building in Gwanak-gu, Seoul around 10:30 pm the previous day.
He is also accused of assaulting a woman in her 40s who witnessed the crime and shouted for help.
A was reported to have been arrested by the police at the scene.
While the police are investigating the circumstances of the crime against Mr. A, the need for an arrest warrant is also being considered.
