Jakarta – A household assistant has been arrested for allegedly stealing a Patek Philippe watch worth billions of rupiah from their employer. The suspect, Isma Riyanti, 31, reportedly confessed to the theft, citing a desire for a luxurious lifestyle and a vacation to Singapore as the motive.

The suspect also claimed that she was motivated to steal the watch, valued at Rp 3 billion, because she was denied leave by her employer.
Utomo stated, The motive is the perpetrator feels annoyed with the victim as not given permission to perform the holidays.
Reportedly,Riyanti had already purchased tickets for a trip to Singapore with her husband.
