Mumbai: The news is coming out that there is something to be comforted in the Mumbai cruise drug case. The two accused in the case have been granted bail by the sessions court.

Of the 20 arrested, Manish Rajagariya and Avin Sahu were granted bail by the court. Both were granted bail by special NDPS court conditions.

Manish Rajagariya, the 11th accused in the case, was arrested with 2.4 grams of cannabis. Manish’s lawyer Ajay Dubey said he was granted bail on a bond of Rs 50,000.

Meanwhile, the first accused in the case, Aryan Khan (Aryan Khan) The bail hearing will continue tomorrow. The Bombay High Court is considering the bail application.

A special court in Mumbai on October 20 refused to grant bail to Aryan Khan and his friends, who were arrested in connection with a drug deal. Aryan Khan filed his bail application in the Bombay High Court after the NDPS court rejected his bail.

Former Attorney General Mukul Rohtagi, who appeared on Aryan Khan’s bail, told the court that he had invited Aryan Khan on board as a special guest.

“Aryan was invited to the cruise as a special guest. Pratik Gaba, who is like an organizer, invited Aryan and Arbas Merchant. Both were invited by the same person. The two went on a cruise together,” Mukul Rohtagi told the court.

Mukul Rohtagi pointed out that the NCB Cruise arrived as per the information received in advance. During the search, nothing was found from Aryan Khan. In addition, there was no medical examination at any stage of the investigation into whether Aryan had taken the drug, “he added.

Speaking about the discovery of six grams of charas from Arbas Merchant, Rohtagi said that Aryan had no contact with Arbas except that he had arrived there and that no drug had been found from Aryan and no evidence of consumption had been reported.

The bail hearing will continue tomorrow. Aryan Khan’s bail application is being handled by a large team of lawyers. Mukul Rohtagi’s team also includes senior advocates Amit Desai, Satish Manshinde, Anandini Fernandes, Advocate Rustam Mulla, Desai Desai Karimji and Mulla.

Aryan Khan was remanded in NCB custody on October 2 in connection with a drug deal. Aryan is currently in judicial custody. Aryan is currently lodged in the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.

The NCB has already told the court that it has not recovered anything from Aryan but has recovered drugs from a friend.

The NCB has arrested 20 people, including Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, in connection with the October 2 raid on a luxury ship.
