Based in Lyon, the incoming manager will report directly to the head of the Rhône high school proximity service.

Responsibilities include managing regional personnel assigned to high schools in coordination with the Human Resources Directorate, matching staffing levels to institutional needs, and handling staff replacements.

Beyond personnel management, the unit manager will support schools with student reception, catering, lodging, maintenance, and safety standards. The position also involves contributing to regional educational projects, shaping local training offers, and representing the regional authority before institutional partners.
The appointee will lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of proximity officers, catering and maintenance technicians, and project assistants.
