B.Grimm announces joint venture Singha Estate to invest in 3 power generating projects

The report informs that B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited or BGRIM and Singha Estate Public Company Limited or S have officially reached an agreement. For the three power generation companies The company has a total power generation capacity of 403 megawatts (MW) consisting of B.Grimm Power (Angthong) 1 Company Limited, which operates a combined cycle power plant project with a capacity of 123 megawatts and 2 new power generating projects, which are B.Grimm Power (Angthong) 2 Co., Ltd. and B.Grimm Power (Angthong) 3 Co., Ltd. are the license owners. Each has a capacity of 140 megawatts and has a power purchase agreement (PPA) of 90 megawatts with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for 25 years.
