ACPM Price Increase Adjusted to $800
The ACPM price increase has been adjusted from $1,904 to $800, which will be implemented in two stages, each at $400.
After four days of protests and negotiations, the national government and transporters have reached an agreement to adjust the ACPM price increase.
The agreement establishes working groups between the national government and transporters to address structural aspects in the sector and respond to their requests.
The ACPM price increase will be implemented in two stages: the first increase of $400 will come into effect immediately, and the second increase of $400 will be implemented on December 1, 2024.

The agreement also establishes technical tables with the actors involved in the talks to move forward together in search of solutions.
The Minister of Transport, María Constanza García Alicastro, highlighted the commitment of the national government to speed up decisions that allow the transformation of the sector and address historical issues that improve the quality of life of cargo and passenger transportation centers.

More than 80 people participated personally in the dialogue and agreement process, and over 3,000 people were permanently connected and actively involved.
