In No More Room in Hell 2, players can transform into zombies if they get bitten while running. However, in the Early Access version, players won’t be able to control their zombie characters. This mechanic adds a new level of tension and unpredictability to the game, as players must navigate the challenges of being human while also facing the threat of becoming a zombie.

The game’s developers have done extensive playtesting to ensure that the game is balanced and fun.
