Nivin Pauly’s ‘Padavettu’ hit the theaters and continues to run successfully with great response. 20 crore before business, the film managed to get more bookings on the third day than the first two days, official sources said. Netflix has acquired the OTT rights of the film for a huge amount. Surya TV has acquired the satellite rights. The foreign rights of the film, prepared with an investment of 12 crores, were also sold for a huge amount.

Nivin Pauly has played the role of Koroth Ravi in ​​the film, which tells a multi-layered story through the lives of farmers in Malur village. After the excellent collection on the first two days, the makers are hoping that the film will become a big hit with more audiences hitting the theaters on Sunday and Monday of Diwali holidays. There are more home shows on the following days than on the first day.

Scripted and directed by Liju Krishna, the film hit the theaters on October 21. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film also stars Aditi Balan, Shammi Thilakan, Shine Tom Chacko and Indrans.
