Key improvements and explanations:
* Semantic HTML5: Uses <article>, <header>, <section>, <aside>, <footer>, <time>, and other appropriate tags for structure and accessibility. Corrected nesting issues.
* Date Formatting: Uses datetime attribute on the <time> tag for machine readability. Includes the current date (2024-09-17) as requested for anchoring timeliness.
* Clear Hierarchy: Uses <h1>, <h2>, and <h3> tags logically.
* Accurate Links: All links now point to the correct destinations and have descriptive anchor text. I’ve added a link to the Fred Fellows Foundation website.
* At-a-Glance Section: Added a structured aside wiht a bulleted list summarizing key information.
