A⁣ series of simultaneous explosions occurred in Lebanon, resulting in the deaths‌ of at least 9 people, including an 8-year-old girl, and injuring‌ over 2,800 others.

The blasts were caused by the explosion of thousands of wireless callers, which were found to be messaging devices​ belonging to several employees in ​various units and organizations of the Lebanese​ militant ‌group Hezbollah.
