Order and Shipping Information

Free shipping is available for purchases over ￥7,650 within Japan. We use Letter Pack Light for shipping, but if the item doesn’t fit, we can use Yu-Pack or Letter Pack Plus instead.

Q. How do I proceed from purchasing a work to completing the transaction?

A. The process from purchase to completion of the transaction is as follows:
1. The buyer orders the work and makes payment
2. Exhibitors send their works
3. Once the item arrives, if there are no problems with the contents, contact the exhibitor by clicking the “Received” button on the transaction navigation.
4. Conduct transaction evaluations for exhibitors (optional)
Once you have assessed the item, the transaction is complete.

Return and Exchange

Q. Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

A. In principle, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged on Creema. However, orders can be cancelled, returned or exchanged if the store owner agrees.
*Cancellation procedures will be handled by the exhibitor. Please contact the exhibitor first regarding cancellation, return, or exchange of your order.

Gift and Receipt

Q. Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

A. On the “Select delivery address” page in the cart, select/register the address of the person you want to give the gift to, and then click the link “Send to this address (an address other than your own).” You can send gifts directly to the recipient.

Q. Can I issue a receipt?

A. Creema only issues receipts for transactions paid by credit card or bank transfer. In addition, receipts must be issued by the buyer themselves through the transaction navigation. Please do not issue the tickets individually on the exhibitor side.
