Bluewave Technology Group, a technology advisory firm based in CA, has acquired TruPoint Technology Solutions, a consulting firm located in Longwood, FL. The acquisition enhances Bluewave’s role in providing cloud-based communication solutions. Bluewave cited TruPoint’s expertise in the healthcare, financial services, legal, and real estate sectors as a key reason for the acquisition.
The move strengthens Bluewave’s advisory services, notably in cloud solutions. TruPoint’s established presence in key industries will allow Bluewave to offer more specialized support to its clients.
