Winners will be notified via message to the KakaoTalk ID they provided when applying. Please ensure you are using ​the latest version of KakaoTalk ​to participate in the event.

Winning Confirmation

To confirm your winning status, ‍please follow these steps:

• View your event application history

Fan Signing Event Details

Date and time:⁣ Saturday,⁢ September⁢ 14, 2024,‍ 8:00​ p.m.

Event ⁣duration: 1 minute for each member, totaling 6 ‌minutes (in the order listed in the event registration ‍history)

Winning Details

Winners‌ will receive a 1:1 video call fan signing‌ event with BOYNEXTDOOR, along with an autographed CD.

Event Channel

The​ event will take place on KakaoTalk, using the ID provided during application.

Scheduled Shipping Date for Signed Album

The autographed CD will ‌be shipped within 2 weeks after the event ends. Please note ​that any additional delivery costs incurred due ​to customer reasons⁤ will be borne ⁢by the customer.

Important Notes

Please ⁢be ‍aware of the following:

• If you are unable to attend the event ⁤due to unavoidable circumstances,‌ a signed CD will be shipped to the address⁤ you entered when⁤ ordering the album ⁢after the video call fan⁢ signing session.
• The autographed CD will be delivered through INNOMAS Co., ⁤Ltd., which‍ has signed a​ business agreement with our company.
• Please ensure you‍ have ‌read and understood the precautions before‍ participating⁣ in the event.

Video ‌Call Fan⁣ Signing Event Etiquette

Please​ follow these etiquette rules to⁢ ensure ⁢a smooth and enjoyable experience:

• Only the winner (one time ⁤per person) can participate in the video‌ call.
• Please refrain ‌from using abusive language,‌ slang, or sexual expressions,⁤ or slandering artists.
• The winner can⁤ choose to sign either the name or ​the nickname they⁢ entered when‍ applying.
• Please refrain from making ⁢unreasonable requests to the artist.
• Video recording, audio recording,⁣ image capture,‍ and live broadcasting during the event are prohibited.

Identification Verification

Please have your ID ready as‌ staff will ⁢need to verify your identity before the video call. Accepted ‌identification‌ documents include:

• For‌ Korean nationals: Resident ⁤registration card,⁣ driver’s license, passport, youth ID card, or mobile ID ‍card
• For non-Korean⁣ nationals: Passport or Alien⁢ Registration Card

Please note ‌that identification documents other than ‌those listed above will not be ​accepted.
