Thank you for using our official store, Weverse Shop. We are pleased to announce the winners of the video call fan signing event for those who pre-ordered BOYNEXTDOOR’s 3rd EP “19.99”.

Winners will be notified via message to the KakaoTalk ID they provided when applying. Please ensure you are using the latest version of KakaoTalk to participate in the event.

Winning Confirmation

To confirm your winning status, please follow these steps:

• Access the BOYNEXTDOOR Weverse page
• Click on “Show more (⋮)” in the top right corner
• View your event application history

Fan Signing Event Details

Date and time: Saturday, September 14, 2024, 8:00 p.m.

Event duration: 1 minute for each member, totaling 6 minutes (in the order listed in the event registration history)

Winning Details

Winners will receive a 1:1 video call fan signing event with BOYNEXTDOOR, along with an autographed CD.

Event Channel

The event will take place on KakaoTalk, using the ID provided during application.

Scheduled Shipping Date for Signed Album

The autographed CD will be shipped within 2 weeks after the event ends. Please note that any additional delivery costs incurred due to customer reasons will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

Please be aware of the following:

• If you are unable to attend the event due to unavoidable circumstances, a signed CD will be shipped to the address you entered when ordering the album after the video call fan signing session.
• The autographed CD will be delivered through INNOMAS Co., Ltd., which has signed a business agreement with our company.
• Please ensure you have read and understood the precautions before participating in the event.

Video Call Fan Signing Event Etiquette

Please follow these etiquette rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

• Only the winner (one time per person) can participate in the video call.
• Please refrain from using abusive language, slang, or sexual expressions, or slandering artists.
• The winner can choose to sign either the name or the nickname they entered when applying.
• Please refrain from making unreasonable requests to the artist.
• Video recording, audio recording, image capture, and live broadcasting during the event are prohibited.

Identification Verification

Please have your ID ready as staff will need to verify your identity before the video call. Accepted identification documents include:

• For Korean nationals: Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID card, or mobile ID card
• For non-Korean nationals: Passport or Alien Registration Card

Please note that identification documents other than those listed above will not be accepted.
