Busan Experiences Clear, Dry Weather with Rising Temperatures

Busan and the surrounding Gyeongnam province are experiencing mostly clear and dry conditions today, , according to local reports. Air quality is currently at a moderate level.

Morning low temperatures are reported as 4°C in Busan, -2°C in Gimhae, -2°C in Yangsan, 0°C in Changwon, -5°C in Geochang, -6°C in Jinju, 1°C in Tongyeong and -1°C in Namhae – similar to yesterday’s readings.

A significant increase in daytime temperatures is expected. Highs are forecast to reach 14°C in Busan, 15°C in Gimhae, 16°C in Yangsan, 14°C in Geochang, 15°C in Jinju, and 16°C in Hapcheon – approximately 2 to 3 degrees Celsius warmer than the previous day.

The region continues to experience very dry weather conditions. While no precipitation is anticipated during the Lunar New Year holiday, cloudy skies are expected.

Residents are advised to be mindful of the large temperature fluctuations, which are expected to remain around 15°C, and take necessary precautions to protect their health.

A Dry Air Advisory is currently in effect for the Busan area, according to Weather Underground. The current temperature at Gimhae International Airport is 32°F (0°C) with sunny conditions.

The Weather Channel’s 10-day forecast indicates mostly clear skies today with a high of 56°F (13°C) and a low of 39°F (4°C). The chance of precipitation is listed as 1%. Similar conditions are predicted for , with a high of 58°F (14°C) and a 5% chance of rain.

Looking ahead to the weekend, is expected to be sunny with a high of 63°F (17°C). will be partly cloudy with a high of 51°F (11°C).
