This luxurious detached house, located in the gated complex at Coldwater Lakes in Saggart, was seized by the CAB two years ago. The ground floor includes a spacious front room with a bay window, a dining/living room with a classic fireplace, and a guest toilet. The open-plan kitchen design features a curved island with black countertops, integrating seamlessly with the dining and living areas.
