Cam’ron and Dame Dash’s long-simmering feud has reignited with a bizarre challenge involving dental work, as Dame Dash challenged Cam’ron to a “teeth competition” following the release of his new set of false teeth.
The renewed conflict began after Dame Dash appeared on the Ghetto Runways podcast, which premiered on YouTube on April 22, 2026. During the interview, he discussed his recent dental procedure, stating that since receiving his new teeth, he has felt more confident in his speech, particularly when using strong language.
“Since I’ve got my teeth back, I can really clearly say f**k you,” Dame Dash said in the clip, noting that his previous teeth had been loose for five years and he feared they would fall out when speaking forcefully. He described the dental work as a “laborious operation” that now allows him to speak without hesitation.
Dame Dash then turned his attention to Cam’ron’s dental appearance, criticizing the quality of his veneers. He claimed Cam’ron’s teeth looked cheap and accused his dentist of taking advantage of him.
“But if you got cheap teeth, you better shut the f**k up. Alright?” Dame Dash stated. “Cam’ron, or Fredo, your teeth are cheap. Your dentist played you.””Your new name is Cheap Keef. Not Cheap Keef or Chief Keef. It’s Cheap Teeth,” he continued. “And it’s not fly. And those suits are funny that you’re wearing. They’re like old school Steve Harvey suits now that you’re a sportscaster.”
The Roc-A-Fella co-founder then issued a direct challenge to Cam’ron, proposing a dentist-to-dentist comparison of their dental work.
“Let’s go dentist for dentist. My dentist is Dr. Apa. Google Dr. Apa. I bet my dentist has more Ferraris than yours in every country ’cause I don’t do cheap teeth,” Dame Dash said. “Imagine a cheap version of teeth. Look at Cam’ron’s face,” he added. “I’mma say his name. He has un-designer, unauthentic, bootleg cheap teeth and he can’t pull them out….”
The exchange represents another public flare-up in the ongoing tension between the two hip-hop figures, who were once close collaborators during the Roc-A-Fella Records era but have experienced periods of public disagreement over the years.
