STUTTGART, Germany (AP) — A 42-year-old driver involved‍ in an accident ‍in Stuttgart that resulted in one fatality and seven injuries has been released from⁤ custody,‍ police and prosecutors announced.The suspect,who has no prior convictions,is under investigation for⁤ suspected negligent ‍manslaughter and bodily harm.
