After a seven-year wait, Cardi B is finally releasing her second album. Titled am I the Drama?, the new album is slated to drop Sept. 19. The declaration, made Monday on Instagram, included the album cover reveal, featuring the Bronx, N.Y., rapper in a red dress surrounded by crows.
