London: Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz wins the 2022 Formula One British Grand Prix. Sainz won the title by defeating the reigning champion, Max Vestapan. This is Sainz’s first Formula One title.
The star won the title by beating Westappan and former world champion Lewis Hamilton. Despite the loss, Westappan is leading the season. Red Bull’s Perez finished second and Mercedes’ Hamilton third.
Westappan finished the match in seventh place. The British Grand Prix was a shock defeat for Westappan, who had won most of the races of the season.
Even though he lost, Red Bull player Westappan is the first in the list of drivers with 181 points. Red Bull’s Sergio Perez is second with 147 points and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc is third with 138 points. Former world champions Hamilton is sixth and Sebastian Vettel seventh. There are 13 races left in this season.
