CDC Vaccine advisory Panel Overhaul Set for 2025 Meeting

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) vaccine advisory panel, will meet June 25-26, 2025, at the CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
The ACIP, composed of medical and public health experts, advises the CDC on vaccine safety, effectiveness, and necessity. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., on June 9, announced an overhaul of the ACIP to restore public confidence in vaccine science. The CDC replaced all 17 sitting members with eight new members.
The CDC vaccine advisory panel meeting will take place Wednesday, June 25, from 10 a.m.to 5:30 p.m. ET, and Thursday, June 26, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET.
The CDC is located at 1600 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA 30329.
Media representatives planning to attend must request credentials via email to Media@cdc.gov by Tuesday, June 24, at 1 p.m. Access information will be provided by that time.
