Muhamma: The Muhamma Sports Festival will begin today as part of the first anniversary of the Muhamma Sports Academy located at AB Vilasam Higher Secondary School.
Football and volleyball games will be held on Friday. School Principal Nisha Dayanand will open the football match at 7am and Principal Bijo K. Kuncharya will open the volleyball match at 4pm. Parent Teacher Association President KS Lalichan will preside. Indian volleyball player Kishore Kumar will be the guest of honour. School manager J. Jayalal will honor the players who have achieved achievements in various sports. The games will continue on the 27th. Panchayat President Swapna Shabu will open the closing session on 28th at 4 pm. The Vice President of NT Reg will preside. Devaswom president KK Ashok Kumar will deliver the keynote address. Then the finals. Sports Council Vice President VG Vishnu will do the awards. District level tournaments for athletics, shuttle and county cricket will also be organized in the coming months
