The current status of Canadian pop diva Celine Dion (55), who suffers from a rare disease that causes muscle stiffness, has been reported.

Dion posted a post on her Instagram on the 15th (local time) to mark International SPS (Systemic Muscular Spastic Person Syndrome) Awareness Day.

He said, “As many of you know, I was diagnosed with SPS in the fall of 2022.” “Trying to overcome this autoimmune disease has been one of the most difficult experiences of my life, but I remain determined to return to the stage one day and live as normally as possible.”

“I am extremely grateful to my children, family, team and all of you for their love and support,” said Dion. He added, “I want to send encouragement and support to everyone around the world who has been affected by SPS. Please know you can do it. “We can do it,” he said, sending a message of support to patients suffering from the same disease as him.

Dion also released a photo taken with her three sons, Rene-Charles (23) and Nelson and Eddie (13). In the picture, Dion smiles brightly as he looks at the camera with his twins, Nelson and Eddie, arm in arm.

Dion previously revealed that he suffers from SPS by posting a video on Instagram in 2022. This disease causes muscle spasms in response to auditory, tactile or emotional stimulation. It is known that treatment is impossible at this time.

Dion’s older sister, Claudette, said in an interview with French Canadian media outlet ‘7 Jours’ last December, “Céline has lost muscle control.” He did not reveal the exact state of Dion’s health, but said, “The vocal cords and the heart are muscles,” and “I’m really heartbroken.”

Dion disappeared from public appearances, but appeared on stage at the Grammy Awards on the 4th of last month to present the highest award, ‘Album of the Year’. When Dion appeared, the stars welcomed him and the audience filled him with a standing ovation. At the time, Dion said, “I’m really happy to be in this position. “Those of us who have been blessed enough to attend the Grammy Awards should never take for granted the immense love and joy that music brings to our lives and to people around the world.”
