Returns and Refunds
To arrange free pickup service:
1 Go to CELINE.COM/RETURNS. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order. Select the product you want to return, then print the return label and documents in step 4.
2 Carefully repackage items (such as protective packaging, cushioning, etc.) into the original shipping condition to avoid damage during transportation. Place this first page (return form with CELINE logo) inside the package. CELINE will not be able to refund products that are not returned in fully salable condition.
3 Go to CELINE.COM/DHL and select your country from the drop-down menu to schedule package pickup. Click “Schedule Pickup” on the page. When asked if you need to create a new shipping label, select “No”. Then enter the tracking number found on your printed return label and fill out the rest of the form.
4 Under the Prepaid Return Shipping Label (Global Express), sign to agree to the DHL Terms and Conditions. Then sign the return invoice (3 copies, last 3 pages); you will hand these documents to the courier for customs clearance.
5 Attach the prepaid return shipping label (Global Express) to your package and give it to the DHL courier upon pickup. The courier will scan your package and activate your return tracking number (waybill number) so you can track your shipment.
If you wish to return your item by other means, please contact our customer service within 14 days of the delivery date.
Product must be unworn, unused and in salable condition with all original tags attached. Products must be accompanied by the return request form from the original order.
Personalized, modified and custom-made products cannot be returned.
The following special terms apply to returns and/or exchanges of fragrance products and skin care products (if any): Taking into account related hygiene and quality issues, the above products must not be opened when returned and should be in the original packaging with transparent sealing film Should be intact. If the transparent sealing film has been opened or removed, CELINE will reject the return and/or exchange application for the product.
The following special terms apply to returns and exchanges of cosmetics (such as lipstick): In order to maintain product quality and protect the life and health of users, such products should be returned with their original packaging intact or unopened and unused. If the original packaging has been removed or opened (except when the product is unpacked for inspection due to the necessity of inspecting the product), Silin will reject the return or exchange application for the product.
Please note that depending on your credit card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You may use other postal services at your own risk. CELINE does not assume any responsibility if the product is returned without using our pickup service.
