WWE Superstar Seth Rollins described being filmed for the Netflix docuseries WWE Unreal as “more of a hassle” due to the constant presence of cameras, but expressed hope the show will positively portray the personal lives of wrestlers. The series, which debuted on Netflix in 2025, provides an inside look at WWE’s creative process and the lives of its performers.
rollins shared his candid assessment during an appearance on the Ross Tucker Podcast.
Constant Filming Adds pressure
“I say this in a very kind way,” Rollins stated. “It’s actually more of a hassle because it’s an extra crew of people following you around kind of dissecting everything you’re doing. So, you’re on all the time and in times when you’re not thinking about being on… It’s a bit of an extra step for us.”
Hoping to Showcase Family Dynamics
Despite the added pressure, Rollins hopes the series will offer a different viewpoint on the lives of wrestlers, specifically highlighting the family dynamic he shares with his wife, Becky Lynch. “I hope the end result is good and I hope it helps kind of portray our family dynamic in a business that’s not really known for family dynamics in a positive light,” he added.
Season Two Details
The second season of WWE Unreal is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on January 20,2026. WrestlingNews.co reports that this season will feature Cody rhodes, Rhea Ripley, and Pat McAfee, alongside Rollins and lynch.
Rollins’ Injury and Return
Rollins is currently recovering from a shoulder injury sustained during his match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. He has indicated his goal is to return to the ring for WrestleMania 42.
