Until now there is an observation made by the Comptroller regarding the need for modification No. 21 of the regulatory plan of the city by the Municipality of Rancagua. According to this planning instrument, the land use is not adequate to obtain building permits.
In this regard, from the municipality they clarified verbatim to #ElRancagüino, that both projects are in the process of processing within the framework of the modification of the Communal Regulatory Plan. We are working aligned so as not to exceed these deadlines and hopefully shorten them in the shortest possible time,” the authority clarified.
