On the 25th, Changwon Special City held a communication meeting with civil affairs staff at Changwon City Hall for 18 people in charge of Kookmin Newspaper and Citizens’ Voice.

The meeting improved understanding of civil affairs work through education on the current status of Citizens’ Voice and Kookmin Shinmungo, active use of Kookmin Shinmungo’s E-Green Mail, guidance on comprehensive evaluation of civil service services in 2024, and tips for responding to special complaints.

We listened to the difficulties faced by employees who directly deal with complainants and shared cases of complaints between employees in a free atmosphere to share various opinions on how to improve the complaint process.

Changwon City is promoting friendly popera concerts and healing programs for employees who are tired of civil service work.

We are working to ensure that civil servants in charge of civil complaints can work in a safe environment by designating and operating a department in charge of responding to malicious complaints at the institutional level and introducing safety equipment such as wearable cams.
