Changwon Special City will issue 15 billion won worth of Changwon Love Gift Certificates on the 31st ahead of the Lunar New Year.

This is to support small business owners and citizens who are struggling due to the three hardships of high inflation, high interest rates, and high exchange rates.

This sale will issue a total of KRW 15 billion, including KRW 5 billion for paper and KRW 10 billion for mobile. The individual discount purchase limit is KRW 200,000 for paper and mobile, and the discount rate is 7%.

Branches can be purchased at 246 sales agencies: Gyeongnam Bank, Nonghyup, Saemaeul Geumgo, and Shinhyup.

Mobile purchases can be made from 9 a.m. through 17 apps, including Nuvision App, Bple Zero Pay, Gyeongnam Bank mobile banking, and All One Bank (Nonghyup).

Nuvision can be used in over 91,000 registered franchises such as traditional markets, restaurants, wholesale/retail, service, and education businesses.
