OpenAI‍ Enhances ChatGPT for⁢ Teams with Cloud and Record Integration

OpenAI is ‍expanding ChatGPT’s capabilities for teams and small businesses, introducing⁤ a new Record Mode and cloud ⁤drive integration. ⁣These⁢ features aim to transform ChatGPT into a more effective productivity assistant, streamlining workflows and⁣ enhancing data accessibility.

the new ChatGPT Record Mode is available ⁤to Team, Enterprise,⁤ and edu users of⁢ the ChatGPT Mac app. A Record button now appears next to the prompt ⁣tools, enabling users to instantly record and transcribe audio. the transcription is ⁢then converted into⁣ structured notes, including summaries, key points, action items,‍ and‍ open questions.

Unlike meeting bots that require participant access, ChatGPT’s⁣ Record Mode operates independently, listening through the device to convert speech into organized⁤ notes. This feature offers a seamless ⁣way to capture and structure data from meetings and discussions.

Along with Record‍ Mode, OpenAI is rolling out built-in integrations with cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, and SharePoint. This integration allows ChatGPT to access data from user ‍files, providing context-rich answers to ⁣questions like “what was our Q1⁣ revenue last year?” or “how many times did I use maritime transport in my latest trip report?”
