On March 6, 2026, The Cheesecake Factory completed a nationwide rollout of 18 new menu additions. This expansion included six new bowls and four new bites, pushing the total number of dishes on the menu beyond the 250 mark.

  • Ahi Tuna Poke: This dish consists of sushi-grade ahi tuna with garlic, sesame, and soy, served over mixed greens or white rice with avocado, cucumber, onion, carrot, edamame, and ginger.
  • Asian Tenderloin: Steak pieces served over garlic noodles with onion, peppers, broccoli, and snow peas.
