Earlier, on the morning of the same day, Candidate Ahn appeared on the BBS radio ‘Jeon Young-shin’s Morning Journal’ and announced the action of accusing the administrative officer. He said, “The president’s office’s suspicion of involvement in the party convention is not a suspicion, it is a fact.”
In addition, Candidate Ahn explained, “Article 7 of the Constitution stipulates the political neutrality of public officials, and former President Park Geun-hye violated it and was sentenced to two years in prison by the Supreme Court.”
He added, “Article 65 of the State Public Officials Act even stipulates that if you violate political neutrality, you will be sentenced to up to three years in prison.”
On the other hand, Candidate Ki-Hyun Kim, who is forming a ‘Rangang structure’ in this regard, appeared on YTN radio ‘News King Park Ji-hoon’ this morning and said, “The President’s office will figure out what the content is and find out whether it violates the law, but what is violation of the Public Official Election Act? The claim is clearly false.”
Candidate Kim said, “This is 100% wrong. What does it have to do with the Public Official Election Act?”
