FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The chicago Fire secured their place in the 2025 MLS Cup playoffs with a decisive 5-3 win against Inter Miami CF on Tuesday night, September 30, 2025, at Chase Stadium. The Fire now hold a record of 15-11-6 with 51 points in the league standings.
This victory marks the Club’s record-breaking ninth road win of the season and their 14th postseason appearance as the franchise’s inaugural year in 1998. It’s the team’s first playoff berth since 2017.

The Chicago Fire return to Soldier field for their final regular season home match on Saturday,October 4,for Fan Appreciation Night,presented by Zayed Law Offices. Kickoff against Toronto FC is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT.
