One approach involves shifting administrative tasks to other personnel, allowing technology mentors to focus on their area of expertise. this can be achieved by incorporating their feedback into internal strategies and project plans, demonstrating respect for their knowledge and opinions.
“Education has a maintenance effect when it is part of a broad talent progress strategy, but if it proceeds alone, it can increase market competitiveness and cause departure,” said Jabbobichi, chairman of EC-COUNCIL.
However, expanding an employee’s work range without considering their skills can lead to dissatisfaction. Marcos Alves, CEO of an AI cyber security vendor, cautioned against this.
“Excessive business makeup different from job skills is not only financial dissatisfaction but also professional frustration,” Alves said. “Always check the unity between the actual work and the official duties, and if you need it, it will be renewed and clearly reflects the expanded role.”
