Immediately after that, the building management board reported to the authorities,” the leader of the People’s Committee of Tay Mo ward further informed.

A source said that for occupied apartments, members of the building management board are not allowed to open the door arbitrarily.

In case the building management wants to enter the apartment, there must be a request from the investigation agency or the authorities or if there are any unusual signs, then use the extra key to open the door to the apartment.
