police logo. News 1 A composer in his 30s was caught by the police and detained while taking drugs and walking around the center of Gangnam without his top while hallucinating.

According to the police on the 26th, Gangnam Police Station in Seoul arrested composer Choi (39) on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act and damaging property.

Mr. Choi is accused of taking Philopon in the early morning of the 22nd, causing a disturbance at an unmanned cafe in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, and destroying furniture inside the cafe.

A few hours later, he left the cafe and walked around the city shirtless on his way to work in the heavy snow and was eventually arrested by the police.

Meanwhile, at around 8:20 a.m. on the same day, the police responded to a report that “there is a man walking around topless in the Seolleung-ro area” and picked up the man and were taking protective measures at the police station when a report was made that a syringe, etc., was found in a cafe. They came in, and upon verification, they all turned out to be the same person, Mr. Choi.

The police conducted a simple drug reagent test on Mr. Choi and the results came back positive.

The police urgently arrested Choi and applied for an arrest warrant, and the Seoul Central District Court held an interrogation (warrant review) of the suspect before arrest on the 24th and issued a warrant.
