Jacob Roberts, who plays Detective Kit Green on Coronation Street, is in a relationship with the show’s publicity manager, Caitlin Connolly, according to reporting from the Express. The couple went public with their relationship on Instagram in October 2025.

The relationship had been an open secret among colleagues for some time, according to a source cited by The Sun. The pair now frequently share photos of their time together, including images from a trip to the United States where they shared a meal and posed for selfies.

Roberts joined the ITV soap in 2024. Before his current relationship, he dated PR executive Amy Harris for five years. That relationship ended in 2024, after which both parties removed photos of each other from their respective Instagram accounts, the Express reported.
