Cosplayer Nanapinku has released a photo of herself cosplaying as Viper, a character from the popular game “Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.”[Mayoka “Goddess of Victory NIKKE” Crow – High-quality, carefully selected costume with quilted lining]

Nanapink holds a pink shotgun against a backdrop of towering buildings. She transforms into Viper in a costume with a large opening at the chest. The color of the wig and her flowing movements further enhance the alluring expression of the character.

When this work, taken by photographer take4 (@tttks_photo), was made public, it was met with positive comments on social media, such as, “I think you could dress up as Dorothy if you tried hard,” and “Where did you buy the costume?”

Nanapink says she used fabric softener and spray to care for her wig, recreating the unique hair style of two-dimensional characters.

“The costume is ready-made, but I remade it to fit my body type. I remade parts and adjusted the size to show off a beautiful body line.

Many of the characters in NIKKE are very glamorous and different from me… lol
We are particular about how well we can reproduce 2D body shapes in 3D.

I wash the wig in fabric softener to keep it smooth, and spray it to keep it in place. No matter how much a 2D character moves, their hair stays in place, so I take great care of the wig to recreate that. I also made sure to faithfully recreate the character’s distinctive facial expressions.”

Nanapink’s Viper cosplay is full of passion and ingenuity. I wonder what kind of character she will create next. I’m excited to see her creativity and technical ability.
