Alexander Tarnavsky, commander of the Tavria operational-strategic grouping of troops, said that the Ukrainian military are making progress in the Tauride direction. The military completed 1,508 fire missions in a day.
“18 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed. In particular, three armored combat vehicles, eight artillery systems and mortars, a Ka-52 Alligator helicopter, an UAV, four units of automotive equipment and a Yastreb AV radar station,” Tarnavsky said in Telegram.

During the day, the Russian army lost 94 soldiers killed and another 162 wounded. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed eight ammunition depots of Russian troops in this direction.
Sergey Kuzmin, Deputy Commander of the Tavria Operational-Strategic Group of Forces for Strategic Communications, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had advanced hundreds of meters in the Melitopol direction.
