Warner’s Doubts About ‘Bazball’ in Australia
Warner remains unconvinced that ‘Bazball’ will translate successfully to Australian pitches. He believes Australia’s formidable bowling attack, with over 1,400 Test wickets, presents the “biggest hurdle for England.”
Warner questions the viability of ‘Bazball’ in Australia:
I don’t know if ‘Bazball’ is a myth now over there [in England], but I can’t see it happening in Australia with the bounce and the fields Australia set last time in England.
He elaborates on the risks associated with such an aggressive approach:
It would be pretty high risk to play like that in Australia. Given that you want to wear the wickets out a little bit,get into day four, day five,it’s probably not the way to go about it.

warner’s Stance on Potential Injury Call-Up
Even in the event of an injury crisis within the Australian squad during the Ashes,Warner has stated he would decline a call-up,marking a definitive end to his international career.
He referenced a previous situation where he considered returning from retirement:
Because we had people falling over left, right and center, it was just basically a hand up if you needed it [against India].

I’m well and truly done from that international scene. And as much as I’d love to be part of the Ashes again, that’s me done.
