Open walk-in for COVID-19 vaccination For those who live in Chonburi Province on December 5, 2021
- For those who have not been vaccinated before age 12 years and over (Pfizer needle 1 + Pfizer needle 2)
- For those infected with COVID-19 who have been cured for 1 month or more (Pfizer boosts immunity)
- For people who have received 2 Sinofarm vaccines for the past 3 months or more (Pfizer Syringe 3)
Open for queue cards at the Friendship Therapy courtyard on the day you come for vaccination at 7:30 a.m. The injection starts at 8.30-12.00 at the Administration Building, 1st floor (behind the flag pole), Chonburi Cancer Hospital.
note :
- Chonburi Cancer Hospital has been allocated 240 vaccines per day.
- Please bring your original ID card for proof.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- For those who have been infected with COVID Please attach evidence such as a medical certificate.
4. Wang Thong Hospital, Phitsanulok Province
Open for walk-in vaccination for the general public of Wang Thong District, all age groups, amounting to 1,000 people from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You can choose any formula.
5. Wisetchaichan Hospital, Ang Thong Province
Announcement to invite people to get vaccinated with Pfizer, only 100 people, for Pfizer 1 syringe vaccine and 2 for Pfizer syringe vaccine at the Dome building. Queues will start at 7:00 AM.
