Delicious passion fruit mousse | The Little Newspaper

Mousse or foam is a delicate dessert of French origin. This sweet stands out for its very soft and spongy texture. In our #RecipeEP we teach you how to prepare it.

3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup passion fruit nectar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup condensed milk

PREPARATION

In 1/4 cup of water, pour the unflavored gelatin in the form of a rain shower and wait 15 minutes while it hydrates. Then warm for 12 seconds in the microwave until completely diluted.

Make 3/4 cup of Passionate concentrate with 1/2 cup of sugar and add the hydrated unflavored gelatin.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar little by little until it becomes like a meringue. Then add 3/4 cup of the Passion Fruit concentrate with the gelatin. With enveloping movements. Add the condensed milk.

Place in container and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place the quarter cup of Passionate gelatin on top and refrigerate for 1 hour.. And ready to eat!!!
