DELTA to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2021 this April 1, approve the dividend payment of 1.70 baht per share.
On February 15, 2022, Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited or DELTA informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that the Board of Directors has resolved to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E- AGM) on April 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
The Company’s operating results for the year 2021 and the statement of financial base and statement of comprehensive income for the end of December 31, 2021 will be presented to the meeting for acknowledgment. Including a resolution to propose to the meeting to consider and approve the dividend payment for the year 2021 from the company’s net profit at the rate of 1.70 baht per share and the dividend payment schedule will be made on April 22, 2022.
