movement Alliance Together with the People (Gebrak) is holding a demonstration at the Horse Statue,Central Jakarta today,Thursday (September 4th).
Chairman of the Confederation of the Indonesian Labor Union Alliance (Kasbi) Unang Sunarno expressed sorrow over the recent deaths of 10 people during protests, but urged the community not to be silenced or intimidated.
“we must unite to fight for a decent and fair life for all and of course we have to take care of each other. Do not let what our friends fight for are hijacked by irresponsible groups,” he said.

- Stop the brutality of the apparatus and militarism practices towards the people.
- Stop the shooting, torture and mobilization of combat vehicles in the civil region; withdrawing armed forces from public spaces.
