Former UFC fighter Diego ‍Sanchez‌ has been arrested following an‍ incident where he allegedly fired a gun into the air. The arrest occurred after police responded to a crash, and Sanchez, a passenger in a​ passing vehicle,⁢ was observed‌ leaning out of the window⁢ and discharging a‌ firearm.

According to reports,police were called to the scene of ​a crash. While at the location, they observed Sanchez, who was a passenger in a vehicle driving by, lean out of the window and fire a shot into ⁤the air. Officers pursued the vehicle and later arrested ‌Sanchez.During questioning, Sanchez reportedly denied firing the weapon ‍but admitted that a​ gun was present in the vehicle. The driver of⁣ the car,who is not facing any charges,corroborated the police account,stating that Sanchez fired‍ the ⁢gun from the passenger ​seat.
