Tokyo Ansan Triple Crown Winner

Ansan, who started in the 3rd round of selection as a member of the 2023 national team, came 8th in the first round and received 8.5 points, but then scored only 5 and 1 points in the second and third rounds, in the that order.
Im Si-hyeon (Korea National Sports University), who won three gold medals in the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games held last year, came first until the third round.
Choi Mi-haul (11th place, Gwangju Bank) and Kang Chae-young (13th place, Hyundai Mobis), who also participated in the Hangzhou Asian Games, made it through the first to third round.
In the men’s division, Kim Woo-jin (Cheongju City Hall), Kim Je-deok (Yecheon County Office), and Oh Jin-hyuk (Hyundai Steel), who teamed up to win the gold medal in the team event in the Tokyo Olympic Games, pass the first, second, and third round, respectively, in the first, second, and fourth place. Lee Woo-seok (Kolon Xten Boys), two-time winner of the Hangzhou Asian Games, was also 5th and advances to the next level.
In this third round of selection, which runs until the 14th, 20 male and female players have been selected through the first and second rounds of selection held at the end of last year, as well as four players male and female who served as national team members in 2023, participated.
Eight men and eight women who pass this competition will qualify for the national archery team. Then, three men and three women, selected through two final evaluation games in March and April, will take part in the Paris Olympics.
