Regarding personal responsibility, the Central Inspection Committee determined the responsibility of Mr. and Mrs. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Le Duy Thanh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Pham Hoang Anh, former Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (was expelled from the Party and criminally prosecuted).
In addition, the Party’s inspection agency confirmed that the above violations were also responsible for Mr. and Mrs. Tran Van Vinh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Van Tri, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Trung Hai, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Ba Huy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organizing Committee; Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Principal of People’s Public Security University of Technology and Logistics, Ministry of Public Security, former Director of Provincial Police; Vu Chi Giang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Kim Khai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Phan The Huy, Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee; Le Van Kien, Director of the Department of Transport; Khong Son Truong, former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Nguyen Kim Tuan, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Duc Tai, Director of the Department of Construction; Do Huu Vinh, Director of the Department of Information and Communications.
The violation also involves the responsibilities of former Party Secretary and Director of the Department of Information and Communications: Tran Gia Long and Nguyen Ba Hien; Mr. Nguyen Van Do, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Do Dinh Viet, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Former Party Secretary and former Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board: Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong; Mr. Nguyen Van Bac, former Director of the Department of Justice; Le Van Phuc, Director of the Tax Department of Vinh Phuc province.
The Central Inspection Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council Party Committee for the term 2021-2026; Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2016-2021, 2021-2026.
Related individuals include: Nguyen Van Tri, Nguyen Ba Huy, Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Vu Chi Giang, Nguyen Kim Khai, Le Van Kien, Khong Son Truong, Nguyen Kim Tuan, Nguyen Thanh Tung, Nguyen Duc Tai, Do Huu Vinh , Tran Gia Long, Nguyen Ba Hien, Nguyen Van Do, Do Dinh Viet, Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong, Nguyen Van Bac, were also disciplined in the form of warnings.
The Party’s inspection agency also disciplined and reprimanded the Party Committee of the People’s Council of Vinh Phuc province for the 2016-2021 term; Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025.
Mr. Tran Van Vinh, Nguyen Trung Hai, Phan The Huy, Le Van Phuc were also disciplined in the form of reprimand.
The Central Inspection Committee requested the Politburo to consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.
At the request of the inspection agency, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline 17 party organizations and 17 party members according to this conclusion.
The Central Inspection Committee will continue to review and enforce disciplinary action against other relevant party organizations and party members.
