Dubai Health Authority urges corona sufferers to strictly follow quarantine guidelines

Dubai: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has advised people with corona to strictly follow the quarantine guidelines. From the time the virus is confirmed, it is recommended to stay in quarantine for 10 days. The recommendation also states that the last 3 days to end quarantine should be marked by complete remission of symptoms without medication.

Isolation can help prevent the spread of the disease, officials said. At home, however, the quarantine period is 14 days. In homes, there should be a separate room for the sick. No one else should use their toilet. It is safe to wash clothes yourself. Visitors should be avoided. Wearing a 3 layer mask full time will reduce the risk of infection. Hands should be washed and disinfected frequently. Disposable plates and spoons should be used. Used plates should be well wrapped and stored in a garbage bag. Do not deposit waste in an open bag. They need to keep food outside the room. Feeders should wear a mask, gloves and shield. Quarantine can be discontinued on the 14th day if the symptoms completely disappear. Authorities also requested that the DHA’s instructions be followed.
