The Multnomah County district Attorney’s Office has issued⁣ a felony⁢ warrant for Angelina Minor, charging her with first-degree​ manslaughter. According to a press release from the⁤ Multnomah County⁣ District Attorney’s Office, Minor was⁢ “extremely intoxicated” when her ⁢vehicle collided with another vehicle.
