The Multnomah County district Attorney’s Office has issued a felony warrant for Angelina Minor, charging her with first-degree manslaughter. According to a press release from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, Minor was “extremely intoxicated” when her vehicle collided with another vehicle.
The Victim
Kingsten Coston, 8, was pronounced dead at the scene. A GoFundMe campaign established to help cover funeral expenses described his death as leaving “a void that can never be filled.”
